Known by fans worldwide, the Bass Anglers Sportsman Society (B.A.S.S.) was established in 1968 to enhance the sport of bass fishing through advocacy for access, conservation and youth fishing. Home to the Bassmaster Elite Series professional tournament trail and the Bassmaster Classic™, B.A.S.S. also runs a number of amateur tournament trails, from the Junior, High School and College Series events to the regional B.A.S.S. Nation tournaments.

Founded in 2011, Major League Fishing (MLF®) began as a professional bass fishing league and television show that has since grown to include the invitation only Bass Pro Tour and Team Series for top-tier professional tournament anglers, in addition to semi-professional tournaments, one-day weekend events, collegiate and high school series events. MLF’s mission is to entertain, engage, and educate current and future anglers while remaining dedicated to the preservation of bass fishing through the conservation efforts of its Fisheries Management Division.

KBF® Members can pit their skill against other kayak bass anglers on the national level. KBF TRAIL Series Tournaments are qualifying events for the 2024 KBF TRAIL Series Championship October Fall 2024 in Clay County, Florida. That’s the same place and time as the 2024 KBF Challenge Series Championship and the 2024 KBF PRO Series Championship.
