COLUMBIA, SC - (July 12, 2017) The Pflueger® President® spinning reels take the President line to the next level of performance. The newest reel to the acclaimed President line features a graphite body and rotor along with an aluminum handle, making the reel lightweight yet durable.
The President reel features a 10-Bearing System with corrosion resistant stainless steel ball bearings, as well as an aluminum bail. Thick aluminum bail wire helps prevent distortion. The new President spinning reel also features a smooth oil/felt drag.
Additional features that elevate the President line include aircraft grade aluminum handle, graphite body and rotor, as well as a Braid Ready Spool and slow oscillation gearing. The Braid Ready Spool allows braid to be tied directly to the spool, while the slow oscillation gearing improves line lay and minimizes line twist*.
The President also features a soft touch knob – which provides for both excellent grip and comfort.
