I was very excited for my new rod and reel to be delivered today (actually a day later than it was supposed to be). But that all changed when I saw my package. As you can see my box was delivered all smashed up and I was hopeful it would be fine, but clearly it’s not. The retrieve is severely bent and unusable. Couldn’t be more annoyed.

Beautiful 8 bearing reel and colorful rod. Lightweight, easy to transport. Super smooth reeling in and makes great casts because of the 7” length. Shipping and delivery was prompt. Satisfied with boxing of reel/rod. It was very well packaged and protected upon receiving. Would recommend this combo set to all!

New rod arrived broken in three pieces. I've emailed, messaged on the website 'contact us' page, and called multiple times. Calling always results in an extended hold only to go to voice mail that they never return.
Until I hear from them and learn how / if they are interested in helping, I will never buy from them again.
This is the absolute worst experience I've had buying something from what I thought was a reputable company.
