At Pure Fishing®, we take pride in delivering gear that enhances every moment on the water. If something isn’t quite right with your order from purefishing.com, we make it easy to return eligible items—on us.

Request a Return

Free Returns Within 30 Days

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of your order date for a full refund—free of charge—provided the items meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused, non-customized, and undamaged
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items must be associated with an order placed directly on purefishing.com
  • All returns must be submitted via our Returns Portal to receive a pre-paid UPS return shipping label

Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note: original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on purefishing.com. For products purchased through authorized dealers or resellers within the Pure Fishing family of brands, please refer to their respective return policies and contact them directly.
  • We do not offer returns for customized products or final sale items.

Shipping Your Return

To help ensure your return arrives safely and is processed efficiently:

  • Pack items securely to avoid damage in transit
  • Use the original packaging or a sturdy alternative
  • Include any packing slip inside the box—do not write directly on the product
  • Remove or cover old labels to prevent confusion
  • Affix the provided pre-paid return label and drop your package off at a UPS drop-off location
  • If you are unable to use UPS, or prefer to use your own shipping provider, you are responsible for return shipping. In this case:
    • Include your order number inside the package
    • Do not write on the product itself
    • Use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of shipment

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be processed separately from returns. If you believe your item has a defect covered by warranty, please visit our Warranty Policy for instructions.
