    Damaged on arrival

    Here is the reason for the 1 star.... customer service.

    I received this 1 week and a half ago on Thursday Aug 21. I strung it up, which felt a little choppy reeling the line on. A practiced casting in my back yard. It still felt weird reeling in. I took it to Texoma the following Friday, it was then I realized the guide was damaged. I reached out that night, and the following Monday, and I have yet to have anyone reply to me. I've spent alot of money on your products over the last few years and they have all been great! But it's a little frustrating to look at a brand new rig i can't use sitting in my living room every day waiting on someone to make it right.
