Bought this combo after years of fishing with spinning reels. Grew up using baitcasters, but it has been quite some time. This thing was a joy to have out on the lake! First fish I caught on it was this beauty out on Santee-Cooper. This setup is smooth and enjoyable, with a great retrieval ratio. You wont regret spending the money!

Always casted smooth had good action on both fish I caught with it before losing it into the lake. Had to happen on Father’s Day too. But great pole bought another to replace this one because I enjoyed it so much.
