I bought this combo, I used it during the summer, but the push button on the reel stopped working and loose. Now I have the unit looking as a brand new but useful. I tried to fix it but I could not. I kept the rod and now I am looking to replace the spin cast.

Do not buy this reel. Didn’t last 3 weeks. Won’t even reel and the button won’t even work. Took it apart and still won’t work right.

I got this rod and reel combo for Christmas. Just used it for the second time this spring and the button on the reel broke and is now inside the reel case. The plastic on this product is cheap. Do not buy one. Now I have to replace this one!!!!
