Bought this 9 Ft combo with 7000 reel about 10 months ago and I really enjoy having it on my collection. Have caught some nice Yellow Fin Croakers on the surf and some spotted bass.
Still to take it on a boat trip for some rock fish fishing.
Currently I have 30 lb braid and it works beautifully.

My dad passed down his older Big Water spinning combo some years back. I loved it! So when I saw one on the website I ordered it. The new one is not as good. I’ve only used it 3 times. Today I used it. The handle is wobbly, and the reel is sticking. I was so disappointed in it that I went home early

I had an issue with the first one I ordered. No questioned asked they replaced it so I ordered a 2nd one. Use this for surf fishing on the gulf. Works great.
