I have a few of these. I like the flipping option. I use these for punching mats on the Potomac. The drag on the reel has no problem snatching a 5 lb bass out of the grass mat. I use 65 lb braid with no problems. The reels are very smooth all the way around.

I am a huge fan of the 'flipping' switch. I control my trolling motor with a hand control so I have to fish essentially one handed. With the 'flipping' switch I can let my bait drop lower with one hand and not need to turn the crank to lock the spool. I wish this feature was available of some of the other reels. However, I have at least 15 reels so I think they will outlast me!

These are very nice reels for the money. Bought 2 and the cast smooth as silk. I think they are hard to backlash also when adjusted correctly. I have a few of their other models and they are great also. Would highly recommend!
