I bought the 3000 Zenon LTX spinning reel back in October 2024 and I LOVE this reel! It is extremely lightweight(especially paired on a St Croix Avid Series rod), easy to cast long distances, exceptionally smooth, and also comes with spare spool, extra parts and a carrying bag for the reel. I highly recommend this reel to anybody!

I ordered two of these reels. One on 12-5 and the other on 12-7-25. The 2nd reel showed up on 12-10. The 1st reel still shows in transit. Odd, but the order #’s show this happened. I emailed customer service twice. Crickets. No response. I get an email everyday asking for a review. I bet they never post this or take it down. I don’t have an opinion for this reel besides that it looks pretty. I have not used it because I’m not sure I’m ke ping it if they never send me the other reel but have charged me for over 3 weeks.

I love this reel. I ordered 2 of them about a week apart. The 2nd reel came in. The first reel still has not been delivered or any email updating the status. I have emailed customer support twice with no reply. Not sure if I’m going to keep this reel and hope I get my money back for the reel I never received. Great product with terrible customer support.
