Yep, the flicker shad has been my go to this summer and since i started fishing since it WORKS for me. 🤣 so of course since on Christmas Eve day it warmed up, ponds were all thawed. And sure enough im 90% positivity I RE-caught the same two biggest fish I’ve caught. Lol!!! Either way, the flicker shad jointed awesome.

Still new to fishing of two months, I’ve had some good success with the regular flicker shad 5. I need a shallow, but the jointed has got me I think 2 bass. But it’s been a bluegill magnet! Caught 3 today in an hour at a pond first trying. I’m super stoked with the flicker shad, this one isn’t as favored as the solid, but still really good!!!

I really like this lure its very effective but the hooks need to be downsized as the treble hooks are constantly hooking each other ruining your chance of catching a fish on that cast. This happens on about 20% of the time.

My first choice in hard baits.
Out fishes all other crankbaits in my tackle box and consistently puts fish in the boat.
My only complaint is that the hooks bend easily, requiring frequent inspection and adjustment. 2X or 3X hooks would be better.
