I have a number of camping knives as a former scouter. This is the sharpest out of the box that I have seen and that includes some famous brands. I now use my outdoor tools around the house. Your knife is my new GOTO for food preparation. The other major positive is the handle. It gives a firm and slip proof feel. Thank you for a wonderful product

So I am not a hunter or a fisherman, I don't play one on TV nor do I pretend to be one. What I am is a home chef and love to smoke and BBQ. I have never found knives that blow me away no matter what I spent on them. I own Zwilling Pro's, Lamsons, Dexter,-Russells and CUTCO. I hate to say the CUTCO's have always been a nice knife. I have been disappointed in all my knives because they just didn't perform the way I was hoping. This Ugly Stick has out performed all of those and I am shopping for more Ugly Stik's to add to my kitchen knives!
