    Got there just in time

    The bite was hot and that was a hot color. Made it just in time to hit a 8.4lb Mnt. Lassen trout

    Mouse tails chartreuse

    My chartreuse mouse tails color faded in the sealed package. The green is gone. Disappointed. The color turned orange.

    They don’t FLOAT anymore

    This used to be my favorite bait. But for the past 2 years all the mice tails I buy do NOT float. I was able to catch tons of trout 2-3 ft off the bottom, but now the bait just lays on the bottom and catches nothing. In a fresh pack of mice tails I’m lucky to find 1 or 2 baits that float

    Excellent trout bait

    I fish the eastern sierras alot and the micetail are a staple in my box. They are super effective rigged on the carolina rig or with a clear bubble filled with water. I've caught alot of big trout with these baits. All the colors work but my favorites are pink/white and orange/white.
