I love the rod it was my favorite rod I have ever owned then About 7 months and lots of 3+ pounders I boat flipped a 3 pounder and my rod just snapped in 2 different spots

I ordered a 7' rod and received a 6'6" one. The rod is stamped like I ordered it but it is way shorter. I emailed the company and have yet to receive a reply.
