just got this set to the lake. used it for a fee hours and then the handle came unscrewed and it fell in the lake. Found some of it but what an aweful situation and with no extra rod to throw. Had to share with my kid. Ruined a father sun fishing day.

Definitely one of the rotten real combos, but I’ve tried so far. Would love to try your bait caster out and all your other products under review on them on TikTok.

It’s a good rod but cheaply made I’ve had this for about 2 weeks it was brand new. Went out to the lake today and it snapped off when getting it out of the rod holder. Seriously disappointed I thought ugly stiks were supposed to be good

Bought My ugly stick 8/30/25 Used it for the 2nd time yesterday 9/18 when casting the handle flew off.
Wouldn't recommend this combo.
