The next generation of Veritas® rods feature Powerlux™ 100, which increases the rod’s strength by 15 percent while also reducing the rod’s overall weight by 5 percent. The Veritas® rod family gives anglers the performance, sensitivity, and durability they need to win, whether they’re fishing for fun or for a paycheck. The Powerlux™ 100 resin system evenly distributes nano particles between each carbon fiber to enhance the rod’s performance and strength by preventing cracks in the blank material. The Powerlux™ technology helps produce rods with higher break strengths and improved impact and fracture resistance. The Abu Garcia® custom designed reel seat delivers hypersensitivity around the exposed blank sections and improves comfort for all-day fishing. Coupled with stainless steel guides with zirconium inserts and EVA split grips, the Abu Garcia® Veritas® pushes the limits of high-performance fishing rods.

Great feel when you get a bite and nice bend. Super light without feeling flimsy. 6'6" is the perfect size for fitting in the car. I just wish it came in other colors because the white can get dirty.
I tried to buy this 5 times from amazon and it came broken every time but buying from Abu Garcia directly it came packaged nicely and in perfect condition.

I throw a lot of weightless baits, and this rod is by far my favorite spinning rod. I was a big fan of the previous all-white version of the Veritas, but this new version is an improvement on what was already a great rod. I highly recommend it.

Super light, cast light lures really far and well with control. I got the medium lite in 6’9. Pretty versatile size for lakes and Rivers. I paired this with the max Sx2500 reel. So coool!

Love both generation of the Veritas spinning rods and zero issues and I own 3 spinning and they performing great just a tad heavy compared to my higher end rods but they are built like a tank.
