Upgraded the reel and added 30lb braid and leader. This rod hammered 40"+ striped bass at Block Island on flutter spoons! This little rod is killer!

Caught trout, bluegill, and even catfish on it so far and got it 2 months ago would definitely recommend it. The fight of the fish on this rod is unreal too, I have a gx2 spinning combo with a zebco reel and it almost puts that to shame.
