I purchased this reel a couple months ago as my first baitcaster. I didn’t reel-ly (sorry i had too) know what to expect because the only baitcaster i used prior was a curado dc. The shipping was really fast which was a plus and it was in good condition. Its pretty easy to get the hang of and set up, especially for a first time baitcast user. There are lots of things i love about this reel! It cast pretty well and, for the price(i bought it for 25$ the msrp says its 55$). The reel is mainly made of plastic so it will get scratched pretty easy. So far I haven’t had any major issues with it. I do wish i watched a video on how to tune it before. Ive caught a lot of fish on this reel and its very easy to reel them in. The drag is great and holds up pretty good and so far haven’t snapped my line. I highly recommend this reel, especially if your a beginner!

Filled it with 25 lb braid and took it to the lake. After adjusting the antibacklash, it made long casts with no birds nests. Caught a couple 2+ lb largemouth and the drag operated smoothly. This reel works well. I'd buy it again.
